Our Commitment to You

At Kore Skin and Beauty Studio, we're committed to providing every client with an exceptional experience from the moment they book to the moment they leave our studio. To ensure we can deliver the highest standard of care, we've outlined our salon policies below. These guidelines help us respect the time of both our clients and our team while maintaining the quality, professionalism, and personalised service we're known for.

Bookings & Appointments

  • All appointments can be booked online or by contacting our friendly team.

  • We recommend arriving on time so you can enjoy the full length of your treatment.

  • Some treatments require a consultation or skin assessment before your appointment to ensure they're suitable for your individual needs.

Deposits

  • A booking deposit may be required for selected treatments or longer appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when sufficient notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.

  • Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be required to pay in full before making future bookings.

Refunds & Treatment Adjustments

  • Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments.

  • If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact our team within 48 hours. We are committed to working with you to achieve the best possible outcome.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, retail skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to avoid impacting the appointments of other clients.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and cancellation fees may apply.

Health & Safety

  • Please advise our team of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications, or recent skin treatments before your appointment.

  • Your safety is our priority. If we believe a treatment is not suitable for you, we may recommend an alternative treatment or reschedule your appointment.
